Summer Soccer Camp

Summer Soccer Camp at Orange City FC gives kids a full week where soccer is the highlight of the day and development happens almost without them realizing it. Players arrive excited, leave exhausted in the best way, and spend the week building skills, friendships, and confidence.

Each day balances structured technical work with game-based learning and fun competitions. In the mornings, we focus on core skills: first touch, dribbling, passing combinations, finishing, and 1v1 attacking and defending. Coaches break techniques down into simple cues and give each player plenty of ball contacts so progress is visible from Monday to Friday.

Afternoons emphasize teamwork and decision-making. Small-sided games and mini-tournaments help players apply what they learned earlier in realistic situations. Kids start to understand when to pass or dribble, how to support a teammate, and how to react when they lose the ball-all in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

We group campers by age and ability so beginners feel comfortable and more advanced players stay challenged. The goal is always the same: every child feels included, touches the ball often, and walks away feeling more confident about their game. Along the way, we reinforce positive habits like communication, respect, and resilience after mistakes.
